Ashwood Manor –a motel  about 2 blocks from Wintec –still near the centre of town and walking distance from everything.

Lake Point Motel just further away than Ashwood Manor but slightly cheaper.

Venturra Inn –on the south side of Hamilton, but still in walking distance. They have good rates for group bookings (over 10 rooms) I’ve included the Jason’s web site as (the home web site link does not seem to work)

There are several motels slightly further away on Ulster Street for those who arrive by car.
